Cardio Kickboxing

Cardio kickboxing is a high-energy class for women and girls (ages 10+) where the intensity is up to you! Whether you’re looking for a challenging workout or a fun way to stay active, it’s a great way to build strength and confidence at your own pace.

Classes are held every Wednesday from 5:15 PM - 6:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM each week!
